We Always Welcome New Patients
Our goal is to help you through your first appointment. We all know how scary it can be, so we are here to answer any questions or help alleviate any concerns you may have.
We work hard to offer our patients (new and old) a welcoming and comfortable office. We know that you may be anxious about your visit, so we will do everything we can do to help.
We know that the first appointment is the worst because of all of the paperwork. Because of this, we can mail you the paperwork so you can complete it before you come.
If you have any questions or would like to set up an appointment, feel free to contact us today at (775) 322-5122.
Mission Statement
Our practice is working together to realize a shared vision of uncompromising excellence in dentistry.
To fulfill this mission, we are committed to:
- Listening to those we are privileged to serve.
- Earn the trust and respect of patients, profession and community.
- Exceed your expectations.
- Ensure a creative, challenging and compassionate professional environment.
- Strive for continuous improvement at all levels.
What To Expect
If you are a new patient, please bring your driver’s license or state-issued identification card and any dental insurance card with you to your first appointment. You will fill out a short new patient information form, which includes your health history. If you take multiple medications, it can be helpful to bring a list of the medications, including dosages. Please also make sure you have your physician’s name and contact information. After you have completed the new patient form, Dr. French will see you for an examination, which will include an oral cancer screening and a limited or full periodontal exam. If radiographs (x-rays) are necessary, they will also be taken at this visit. After completing your exam, Dr. French will formulate your treatment plan and discuss it with you in detail. Our front desk will then be happy to schedule you for treatment and help you make financial arrangements.
Facilities and equipment
Dr. French uses digital radiography, which exposes the patient to much less radiation than traditional radiography. She also utilizes 3D scans for implant planning.
